I usually give everyone the benefit of the doubt they are here to find love. However, I do have a few rules that if violated, I will delete their account without hesitation. Here is one rule if violated, will get your account deleted immediately: DO NOT PUT CONTACT INFORMATION IN YOUR PUBLIC PROFILE, YOUR STATUS UPDATES, YOUR COMMENTS, BLOG, etc.

When you signed up, you provided your email address. This email address is used to send you an IM and is hidden from the public. Also, you have the option of providing additional contact information in your profile field "Contact Options". This field is also hidden from the public and only logged in members can see it.

The reason for this rule is simple....if you make your contact information public for visitors, spammers soon spread the word and our site is overwhelmed with spammers.

Since I can't monitor the site 24/7, there is a good chance that somewhere on the site, a member provided contact information where they should not. But understand this, if not today, tomorrow or even next week, eventually it will be reported. In some cases, a spammer will lead me to your account. If you violated this simple rule, now is the time to edit your profile, blog, etc to delete the contact info.

Remember, there are only two placed your contact info should be (1) when you signed up you provided your email address and (2) you can add additional contact information in the Contact Option field. Both of these areas are hidden from the public.
