Great fulfillment

Last night I was reading the result for July 2011 Nurse Licensure Board exam here in the Philippines. My tears began to fell when I saw names of my students making it in the exam. What a great fulfillment I am feeling right now. Being able to share my knowledge and able to produce Filipino nurses.

A beyond explanation feelings...my phone is busy up to this very moment receiving messages from them THANKING me for being a part of their success. They are now my colleagues in the nursing profession.

Yes, it is indeed an extra ordinary feeling when you become a part of their success and achievements. i have been in the clinical area for many years, but being in the academe teaching major subjects is a different story...much more when one day they become your colleagues. WOW super wow talaga.

My hat's off to you and to all educators in this site...you've done a great job in imparting your knowledge to the young minds while molding them to be the BEST that they can wherever time places them in the future.

so great to hear that nurse nel..i am a physical therapist by profession, i remember the time when i was eagerly waiting for the results..i couldn't sleep i couldn't eat..i turned off my cellphone because i wanted to get a hold of the result firsthand. so i went to a nearby internet cafe, i was patiently scrolling down the page and then finally i saw my name on the list. i yelled "yes i did it" then everyone was staring at me, i forgot i'm in an internet cafe.
